Semi-annual Children's Clothing & Toy Resale Fundraiser

      It is with regret that we announce the cancellation of our Fall Resale 2023 event, which typically takes place the second weekend in September. The primary reason behind this cancellation is the insufficient number of volunteers to support and execute the resale. Our resale relies solely on the dedication and support of our incredible volunteers, those who volunteer for a shift or two and those on the resale committee, who work tirelessly to make it a success. Their commitment and hard work have been the backbone of our previous resales, and we are immensely grateful for their contributions. Despite our best efforts to recruit volunteers for the resale committee, we have been unable to secure the necessary volunteers to ensure a successful resale for our sellers and shoppers. 

        We want to express our deep gratitude to all those who have supported our organization and the resale in the past. We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time. We remain dedicated to serving our community and hope to be able to hold the resale again in the spring 2024. In order to do this, we need some key positions filled on the resale committee. We need 2 technology people with basic knowledge of networking and computer use, 1 person for social media marketing, 1-2 people to assist with volunteer coordination and seller registration, and 1 person to assist with treasury. If you have skills in any of these areas (or are willing to learn!) and are interested in joining the committee, please reach out to DuPageAreaMomsResale@gmail.com.   

       We understand the disappointment this may cause, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this cancellation. Please know that this decision was made after careful consideration and was not taken lightly. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your ongoing support. 

  Shoppers will find gently used seasonal children and teen clothing, shoes, toys, games, books, movies, baby gear and more! In-Person Resales are held the second Saturday of March and September. 

     This would be a great way to declutter and make a little cash.  Seller Registration will begin on this website. Sellers keep at least 60% of their sales! 

      A portion of the resale proceeds funds scholarships for a mom who is going back to school at the College of DuPage! We are proud to support a fellow mom who is working hard to take care of herself and her family! Additionally, the DuPage Area Moms actively supports our community through donations and community service. We believe it is important to use our strengths to work together to be a force of positive good in our community and set a great example for our children. Thank you for your participation in our resale. It is with you, that we are able to give back to the community!
