OUR MISSION
The mission of DuPage Area Moms is to empower mothers to connect with and support each other while working towards a greater good for all mothers through local community service.
Membership
DuPage Area Moms believe mothers often face isolation, parent-related stress, loss of personal and/or professional identity and guilt for working, not working, or for putting their careers on hold while raising their children, and that mothers need other women who they can lean on for support. Kid's Clothing Resale
Children's Clothing & Toy Resales Revenue to support our charitable purpose was raised primarily through our children's clothing and toy resale fundraiser, that was run entirely by volunteers. At this time, we are no longer holding a resale.
Philanthropy
Philanthropy is a priority for us. A portion of our resale proceeds funds a scholarship for a mother going back to school at the College of DuPage. We are proud to support a fellow mom who is working hard to take care of herself and her family. In addition, we support local, nonprofit organizations that align with our mission.
